    One of the biggest headaches of proposal production is having reliable, up-to-date information readily available. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have a data collection and maintenance system in place that enables you to rely on your information—no matter how you store it?

    In this webinar, Lindsay Diven, CPSM, will guide you through best practices to collect and regularly maintain project and personnel information. She will also highlight some real-life examples from actual AEC firms and take LIVE questions from attendees in Honolulu. You will leave this webinar with a start-up guide and actionable checklists. It doesn’t matter if you have a dedicated CRM system or store master documents on a network server—these best practices are for anyone who is responsible for producing proposals.

     

    Speaker Bio:

     

    Lindsay Diven is a Senior Consultant with Full Sail Partners. In this position, she works with clients to implement Deltek Vision’s CRM, Custom Proposal, and SF330 modules, as well as the Client Feedback Tool. She has 13 years of marketing and business development experience in the AE field. Using Deltek Vision, Lindsay has worked with both marketing and business development teams to implement business strategies and manage client data in pursuit of increasing sales opportunities and win rates. She is a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) who is active with the SMPS Central Florida Chapter and the Southeastern Regional Conference.

     

     

    AIA/CES LU:  This event is approved for 1.0 hour.

    Lunch will not be provided. This program is a Lunch & Learn. Please bring your lunch to enjoy during the presentation.
